Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Buda Castle


Sausages and other artisan meat specialties will alsobe available for tasting and buying, and we haven’t forgotten about cheese and other delicacies either. The guest distillate of the festival this year will be no other than the mighty gin.


One of the most compelling festivals of the autumn season, the Pálinka and Sausage Festival will beheld in the courtyards of the majestic Buda Castle, permeated by an exciting gastro-atmosphere. Desserts made with pálinka will have their own special place at the festival, including pálinka bonbons and cream desserts. 







Next to the food and drinks, concert will be playing continuously to keep the mood up:

on 2 October Anna and the Barbies, on 3
October Vad Fruttik and on October 4 Balázs Szabó Band will crown the night.

at the Pálinka and Sausage Festival in Buda Castle.
